Hi! I don't sure you need it or if there some already done for TS4... I had them in one of my newest gachas in SL so i decided to make it for sims 4 too.
What I need to tell:
1) 3 options - in mouth (as earring), in left hand, in right hand
2) 10 colours
3) Male|Female
4) Icons in CAS
